16 Feared Dead As Bomb Explodes In Gombe

In coming reports has confirmed that many have been feared dead in a bomb explosion that occurred on Monday morning at popular Dukku Motor Park in Gombe State.

According to the Deputy Superintendent Fwaje Atajiri, the explosion which occurred this morning
claimed the lives of at least 16 people while 25 more were wounded by a car bomb at a bus station in the northeastern city.


However, the Deputy Superintendent would not speculate about who was responsible although the attack bears all the hallmarks of Nigeria's home-grown Islamic extremist group, Boko Haram.
