This weekend (Saturday 7th), the Johnnie
Walker Black Podium will welcome hip hop star Timaya, dancehall maestro Slyde
and R&B ladies man Rayce, joined by Cool FM’s Sensei Uche. These top
performers will be joined by dancers, a saxophonist and a breath-taking
contortionist act.
“The Johnnie Walker Black Podium is a unique platform for
some of Nigeria’s most impressive artists to perform on. We blend the most
popular artists and performers to deliver a truly distinctive and rich
experience, which marks it as the next step up on the regular Nigerian party
scene,” says Liz Ashdown, Head of Marketing, Spirits and RTD at Diageo Brands Nigeria.
Over 30 Johnnie Walker Black Podium events are scheduled
to take place across the region in the coming months, all of which will offer
exciting line-ups of live music and entertainment, along with exclusive Johnnie
Walker tasting experiences for each guest.
Other Black Podium events taking place this weekend
include Metronex in Warri, Platinum Lounge in Port Harcourt and Infinities in
Ibadan on March 6 and House 99 in Warri and Mayfair Lounge, Calabar, on March
7.
