40 days of non-stop worship as Halleluyah Praise beckons!

The prevailing socio-economic clime in the country has left so many reeling their fate while others are calling for government to hasten action in order for Nigerians to at least witness the benefits of democracy.

To this end, the Kingdom Music Foundation are putting together a 40-day non-stop praise and worship concert tagged “Halleluyah Naija” Praise aimed at reviving hope and calling on God to intervene in the affairs of the bundle of controversy called “Nigeria”.
Speaking more on the event, Rear Admiral Peter, Vice President of KMF Foundation said; The vision is that we have come to a cross road where we say (Lord) we don’t know what to do, our eyes is on you! We believe that Nigeria is a blessed nation, we have so many churches.
“We seem to be so religious yet it appears what we are seeing here is one step forward, two steps backward, and we believe that the people who really want to represent this nation are very few, those that want to bring it down are more, and as a people, we are not proud of our country.
“We are not proud at all, negative comments on everything but this is a country that is really blessed and we believe that at this cross-road it is only Praise… because it says, “let the people praise me and the earth will yield its increase” Admiral Peter added.
Adding her voice to the proposed gospel concert which will feature 365 non-stop hours of gospel music, a gifted song writer and gospel singer, Evangelist Bukola Olubona (the artiste behind the great musical work - Oyigiyigi & Iji - OKUN) revealed that there is a need for such an awakening as Nigeria is going through a season of famine.
“You know, coming to what has being happening in the country from late last year till now we as children of god we know that this country has been undergoing a season of famine.
“Like I use to declare, my economy is beyond Nigeria, it is from heaven and looking at the situation, I am a Nigerian;   a proud Nigerian for that matter and the only weapon god has given to me is the weapon of praise; praise and true worship.
“We did it last year during the campaign, and we saw the move of god in this country, even though it was in secrecy, but at the end of the day, the result was obvious for everybody to see; that god moved during the release of the result of the election.
“Everybody knew in this country whether Christian, whether Muslim, know that this is purely the finger of god the action during that period was obvious that god is at work, because some people secretly has sacrificed a-40-days non-stop worship and praise in the land.” She added.
