Gospel singer down with kidney failure, needs N9 Million for transplant

‘Double Double’ gospel crooner Paul Praise is the latest entertainer to be struck with kidney failure.

Reports say the popular gospel singer who has been undergoing dialysis at NAF Base hospital, Ikeja Lagos, needs the sum of N9 Million for successful transplant with efforts currently underway to raise the sum for his treatment.

In another development, the fundraising campaign for Nollywood actor, Leo Mezie who is also battling kidney failure is gaining appreciable momentum.

Reports say the sum of N6 Million has been realised which is N4 Million shy of the actual amount (N10 Million) needed to fly Mezie out for treatment.

Recall that on the 19th of January, 2015, Nollywood actor Muna Obiekwe reportedly died of kidney disease and more recently, ace music director, OJB Jezreel, also passed on to kidney related issues after he suffered a relapse of an initial kidney transplant in India.
