American politician Jeb Bush has announced that he will "actively explore the possibility of running for President"

Jeb is best known for serving as Florida's governor from 1998 to 2007. He is the son of 41st U.S. President George Bush and brother of 43rd U.S. President George W. Bush.

Born on February 11, 1953, in Midland, Texas, Jeb moved up the ranks in Florida politics in the 1980s and '90s before securing the state's governorship in 1998.

The Republican remained as Florida's governor until 2007. The following year, many speculated that he'd run for the U.S. Senate, but that did not occur.
