"As the 2015 general elections approach, there is a sense in which the contest in gradually becoming a contest between President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and the godfathers, as represented by Chief Olusegun Obasanjo. Why? Just because President Jonathan chose to be his own man and pursue the greatest good for the greatest number of people, not a few elite".

Highlighting some of the president's achievements, he said "Like the rest of the world, the Jonathan administration is tackling terrorism while at once addressing the other issues of transportation, food security, job creation, infrastructural development, human capital development and Foreign Direct Investments (FDIs)".

"Some of the pragmatic ways that the administration is tackling the issue of insurgency include the Almajiri schools initiative, the Safe Schools Project, Victims Support Scheme and Presidential Initiative on the North East (PINE), among others".

"Indeed, President Jonathan may not be the most qualified but it pleased the Almighty Allah whose ways are unfathomable to qualify him and make him our leader at this crucial time in our nationhood. God is not done with him – and with us, Nigerians. Our destinies are intertwined and no amount of blackmail can stop him. President Goodluck Jonathan is a man on a divine mission" he said.
